Adult Information Request

Four Pillars of Alumni Programming: The Youth Challenge Alumni Community was created to support, empower, connect, and celebrate the adults with disabilities within our community. Building community is at the core of everything we do. YC is a safe space for individuals to collaborate, advocate, be themselves, and gain a better understanding of how to thrive as an adult living with a disability.

  1. WELLNESS & COMMUNITY: Improving physical and mental health through laughter, fitness, art, gratitude and more
  2. SOCIAL & RECREATIONAL EVENTS: Opportunities to connect with peers and members of the YC Young Professionals Group through adapted sports, recreation, and social outings
  3. DISABILITY EMPOWERMENT: Empowering adults with disabilities by connecting individuals with peers and disability resources
  4. ADVOCACY & OUTREACH: Promoting accessibility and disability awareness in the larger community

ALL adult participants and volunteers are required to have a liability release and medical form on file prior to attending programs. If you already completed one and there are no changes, you do NOT need to complete another one.
