YP4YC is a group of community-minded young professionals committed to supporting Youth Challenge, a nonprofit bringing together young people with physical disabilities and teen volunteers through free adaptive sports and recreation.

Whether you want to give back, build your network, or grow your leadership skills, YP4YC welcomes passionate individuals of all abilities and backgrounds who are ready to make a difference.

Here’s what you’ll do as a member:

Volunteer

  • Participate in at least one Youth Challenge program per year (or once per season)
  • Attend quarterly committee calls as needed
  • Total time commitment: approx. 15 hours/year

Fundraise + Give Back

  • Contribute a minimum $25 annual donation
  • Help connect your company to YC through volunteer days or sponsorships
  • Share our mission via social media and your network
