Megan Smith hails from the great state of New York, graduating from Canisius College (now Canisius University) in 2016. She then joined the Jesuit Volunteer Corps and was placed in Cleveland at Youth Challenge. After her year of service at YC, she signed on for an additional year, this time teaching second grade on the Fort Belknap Reservation in Hays, Montana. While the wild Montana skies were captivating, the call of the Cuyahoga was strong, and Megan returned to YC as the Arts Manager.
As a part of the Program team, Megan’s focus is on all things art, and she has an extensive background in theatre, music, and studio art. Megan is proud to work at a place where everyone gets to be themselves and people’s differences are celebrated!
