Ellen Coticchia joined Youth Challenge in 2022 and serves as the Development Manager. Ellen is our database whiz, signage designing pro, and Annual Fund lover. Ellen was a teen volunteer for Youth Challenge and is glad to remain connected with the organization as a staff member. She lives in Rocky River, close to lots of her family, including her niece and nephew!

Ellen earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Visual Communications & Design from the University of Notre Dame.
